What does "no cap" mean?

Apparently, it’s the same as saying “no lie” so it’s used the way “amen” used to be? Anyhizzle, in late November I started volunteering with the Capital High School of Rock via The Bridge Music Project. The program was sponsored by the Olympia School District Education Foundation, osdef.org, the CHS Parent Organization. chspo.org, and the Combined Fund Drive (wa.gov) organized by the Washington State Health Care Authority, www.hca.wa.gov.

Working with the teacher Scott La Duc, and Bobby, Quinn, & Natalie of the Bridge, our small teams of high school students each created a song from scratch. My team came up with the track, ‘No Capitulation,’ which is like saying “no surrender” and it has “no cap” in it because surrender was not an option for my team and that’s no lie. Enjoy getting the chorus stuck in your head cause it’s been in mine for weeks and I love it!
